New French Genocide Accusations Against Rwandan President

"The new allegations against President Kagame surely will not improve the already strained French-Rwandan relations. Since the current government came to power ... Paris has been hostile towards the leaders in Kigali. Several French sources have tried to connect Mr Kagame to the assassination of President Habyarimana, while it is official knowledge in Rwanda that France protected the genocidal government of 1994."
